TINDAK PIDANA PERDAGANGAN ORANG (HUMAN TRAFFICKING) SEBAGAI TRANSNATIONAL CRIME

Human trafficking is one of the transnational crimes that a threat to global security which type crime coupled with illicit drug trafficking, maritime piracy, arms smuggling, money laundering, terrorism, international banking and cybercrimes. The forms in persons are divided based on purpose delivery, victim, form exploitation. Because massiveness this crime, United Nations formulated protocol called Palermo Protocol. In Indonesia, there also special regulations regarding criminal act persons, namely Law Number 21 2007. Although already laws regulate fact it still not able provide sense justice as well comfort for victims persons. Other legal protections needed crime.
